PROTECTION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS IN THE SALE OF SUBstandard PRODUCTS

This thesis analyzes the legal framework for protecting consumer rights in relations related to the sale of substandard products based on the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, the rights of the consumer, the obligations of the seller and the manufacturer, the concept of a substandard product, and the legal mechanisms for protecting consumer rights are covered based on the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Civil Code, the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and other regulatory legal acts regulating this area.
