Abstract

The importance of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in medicine, their role in the processes of diagnosis, treatment, prevention and management of the healthcare system is deeply analyzed. In recent years, the use of AI algorithms in medical practice has allowed for early detection of diseases, prediction of treatment outcomes and rapid clinical decision-making. Intelligent systems created on the basis of modern information technologies, big data and deep learning methods are achieving high accuracy in automatic analysis of medical images, study of genetic data and patient monitoring. The study analyzes the practical experience of advanced platforms such as IBM Watson Health, Google DeepMind, PathAI and Siemens Healthineers, and highlights their effectiveness in clinical diagnostics, oncology, cardiology and radiology. It was found that the IBM Watson system has more than 95 percent accuracy in diagnosing cancer, and the Google DeepMind algorithm was able to diagnose retinal diseases with 94 percent accuracy. The article also highlights the role of digital health infrastructure - electronic medical records, telemedicine, mobile health applications and cloud databases - in improving the quality of medical services. These technologies reduce the distance between the patient and the doctor, ensure the rapid exchange of medical information and management efficiency. In addition, the ethical, legal and security issues associated with the introduction of SI and digital technologies into medicine - in particular, data privacy, clinical liability and the risk of algorithmic errors - are scientifically analyzed. The results of the study show that the integration of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in medicine is an important factor in increasing the efficiency of the healthcare system, reducing human errors, and ensuring an individual approach.
