Abstract

This scientific thesis explores the theoretical and practical foundations of using digital tools in the development of facilitator qualities among educators. It highlights the growing role of digital technologies in modern education, emphasizing their contribution to improving teachers’ pedagogical mastery, communicative competence, reflective skills, and digital literacy. The study analyzes how the effective integration of technological resources enhances interactive learning, fosters student-centered approaches, and strengthens the facilitator’s role as a guide and motivator rather than a traditional instructor. Additionally, the thesis discusses strategies for developing teachers’ digital competencies, the use of interactive and analytical platforms, and the significance of continuous professional growth in a digital environment.
