Abstract

This article analyzes pathogenetic treatment methods for chronic cystitis. It highlights the main factors contributing to disease development, including bacterial infections, bladder dysfunction, impaired immunity, and interstitial tissue damage. Effective management of chronic cystitis requires an integrated approach, combining antibacterial therapy, bladder function restoration, symptom control, and immune support. The article also discusses preventive measures and individualized strategies to reduce recurrence. Such an approach aims to improve patient quality of life and achieve long-term therapeutic outcomes.
