Chronic prostatitis is a prevalent urological condition that significantly affects men’s quality of life due to persistent pain, urinary disturbances, and sexual dysfunction. Understanding the etiology, pathophysiology, and clinical manifestations of these complications is essential for early diagnosis, effective treatment, and prevention. Comprehensive management strategies combining pharmacological therapy, lifestyle modifications, and surgical interventions when necessary can improve patient outcomes and reduce long-term morbidity.
