Abstract

The article analyzes the application of circular economy strategies as a primary mechanism for maintaining and enhancing company competitiveness in modern markets. Moving away from the traditional "take-make-dispose" linear model, four core circular strategies are examined: resource recovery, product life extension, sharing platforms, and product-as-a-service models. The study evaluates how these models directly influence competitive advantage through cost reduction, innovation, regulatory resilience, and enhanced brand equity. The article concludes with an assessment of how transition economies can implement these strategies and provides practical recommendations for corporate leaders seeking long-term sustainability.
