RICK RIORDAN IS A CHILDREN'S AUTHOR: ADOLESCENT PSYCHOLOGY AND GENRE SPECIFICATION

Abstract

American writer Rick Riordan used Greek and Roman mythology skillfully in his works to illuminate adolescent psychology. One book, intended only for schoolchildren, became a pentalogy called "Percy Jackson and the Olympians", which later became a series of novels and attracted readers from around the world. Each work has its own sequence of events and a wealth of bright plots.
